My dad wasn't even Catholic, but buying fish & chips on a Friday was one of the most Catholic things he did. Going up the road to The Captain's Table is a loved memory from my youth. The Table in Goring by Sea is gone now, sadly, (It's still a chippy kinda- it sells fries as a KFC) & it seems the whole industry is in trouble- increased energy bills are driving many shops to the wall. Get your fish & chips now before it dies out completely!

They trust bent lawyers & porn stars if they talk smack about people they hate, but they don’t trust saints, apostles & Holy Mother Church when it tells them about Jesus, the Best Man of All. Seriously, 😳 how bad a judge of character is your average Dem voter?  But it’s not just left wingers. Why would you trust someone on the internet or on TV, or who writes for a newspaper or magazine, or someone you happen to have a blood relationship with, or someone you went to school with, more than God’s Holy Words in the Bible?
