Wretched

O wretched man that I am!

Modern versions often remove the word "wretch". We wouldn't want to damage anyone's self esteem by suggesting they are desperately depraved sinners in dire need of grace now, would we? St Paul, didn't you get the memo?

They trust bent lawyers & porn stars if they talk smack about people they hate, but they don’t trust saints, apostles & Holy Mother Church when it tells them about Jesus, the Best Man of All. Seriously, 😳 how bad a judge of character is your average Dem voter?  But it’s not just left wingers. Why would you trust someone on the internet or on TV, or who writes for a newspaper or magazine, or someone you happen to have a blood relationship with, or someone you went to school with, more than God’s Holy Words in the Bible?
