When we got married the Vicar gave us a book by John Stott, in which he explains all these prepositions. Here's Stott:
Our major problem is not our ignorance but our sin & guilt. And the redemption which God has achieved, like the revelation he has given, is 'through Jesus Christ'. Jesus Christ is the agent or mediator of both.

 Witnesses of these things..  Acts 5:32 Leftists are funny people. They trust bent lawyers & porn stars if they talk smack about people they hate, but they don’t trust saints, apostles & Holy Mother Church when it tells them about Jesus, the Best Man of All. Seriously, 😳 how bad a judge of character is your average Dem voter?  But it’s not just left wingers.
