I like Mexico. I wish them well in the WBC. I picked up a cheap guidebook at Book Off, it's a beautiful book with lots to see, but news stories like today just put me off going, even if I had the money. It just seems like the gangs are out of control. I'm sure the whole country isn't like that, but how do you know which bits to avoid? I met a Mexican girl here in Japan in 2016, who was keen to explain that Trump was a racist, etc, but it seems to me he is more realist than racist.

They trust bent lawyers & porn stars if they talk smack about people they hate, but they don’t trust saints, apostles & Holy Mother Church when it tells them about Jesus, the Best Man of All. Seriously, 😳 how bad a judge of character is your average Dem voter?  But it’s not just left wingers. Why would you trust someone on the internet or on TV, or who writes for a newspaper or magazine, or someone you happen to have a blood relationship with, or someone you went to school with, more than God’s Holy Words in the Bible?
