Thank God for the taxi 🚕 driver, David Perry, who locked the Syrian in his cab in Liverpool. His wife is describing as a "miracle" how he escaped with minor injuries. It seems like the bomb maker may have been aiming to blow up the Anglican Cathedral originally.
