The day after another loony thinks the Joker is cool, and stabs people, Jesus reminds us it is the gentle or meek, as many translations have it, that are worth celebrating.

They trust bent lawyers & porn stars if they talk smack about people they hate, but they don’t trust saints, apostles & Holy Mother Church when it tells them about Jesus, the Best Man of All.
