Abandon

But it is worth remembering that when Iran was taken over by Islamists in 79 or so, it seemed like a big defeat for the west. Nowadays in Iran militant Islamists are in a minority, Christians are growing by leaps & bounds, and most ordinary Iranians just want freedom.
