I stand corrected. According to Wikipedia, an Anglican I respect, Edward Pusey, did wear sackcloth. Along with many Catholic saints such as Mother Teresa. Quite where you buy such garments I do not know.

They trust bent lawyers & porn stars if they talk smack about people they hate, but they don’t trust saints, apostles & Holy Mother Church when it tells them about Jesus, the Best Man of All.
